Our WET BULB SOCKS are sized to fit any instrument probe for smokehouse humidity controls. They are made of 100% cotton material.

The WET BULB SOCKS are probably the least expensive item used in the smokehouse cook cycle but one of the most crucial.

In some cases it can make the difference between turning a profit and not. If the product shrinkage is not controlled, there will be no uniformity in the product from one cook cycle to another.

The majority of our customers change the WET BULB SOCKS after every cook cycle. They should be changed at least once per day.
